All That Glitters Is Not Gold

Do you love the pretty, beaded and glittering bags for some occasions? This treasure was found at a summer street fair/festival. Hand made.  The beading is fragile though, handle with care.

2 Handles on the back easily turn this beautiful leather print bag into my favorite roomy and light backpack for biking

Or I use it as a backpack for hitting the trail when I hike.  I'm packing it for my first fall hike.

Now transform it!  Apres le bike and apres le hike, I easily remove the backpack handles and replace with the single leather shoulder strap for a lovely purse.  Voila!

One caution, if you're not a big bag girl like me, you may want to choose a different gigi hill style.
